Some of the garbage cans at Hollinger Park are screwed shut.
The City of Timmins says due to the amount of people in the park for Stars and Thunder, the in-ground garbage bins have been temporarily shut. The city says this is because there is limited access to the park and emptying these containers require a small loader, a few employees, trucks and trailers.
It says once the festival is over, they will be unlocked.
