News Too early to snowmobile, says OFSC SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Friday, Nov. 14th, 2014 The Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs is warning snowmobilers to not use their sleds just yet. The O-F-S-C says there are safety issues at this time of year, as grounds, waterways, and swamps aren’t fully frozen yet. They also say there isn’t enough of a snow base to protect yourself from irregularities, like potholes, in the ground. No O-F-S-C grooming has started yet, and no trails are available yet.
