You can now cool off on hot summer days.
The City of Timmins says the splash pads at both Hollinger and White Water Park are now open. Last week, Manager of Parks, Recreation and Building Services Glen Thurston said the parks were still closed because the water lines leading to the parks were still frozen.
Thurston says crews were able to thaw the lines and the splash pads are now ready to use. The water will be turned on from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
