The 27th annual MADD campaign has kicked off in Timmins. At yesterday’s Victims Vigil at the Dante Club, red ribbons were handed out with the goal of raising awareness. The campaign will run until January. MADD will be handing out ribbons and pins throughout the campaign to spread the message that impaired driving is unacceptable.
