As the weather fluctuates between winter and spring temperature, you may feel the “winter blues”.

The Porcupine Health Unit says as the winter trails on, you may start to feel the effects of Seasonal Effective Disorders. Public Health Nurse Meagan Potvin says this can happen by not being physical or not getting enough sunlight in the winter months.

Potvin says you can reverse some of these symptoms doing a few simple things. 

She says if you have any concerns, you can talk to the health unit.
