It’s time to spring forward this weekend.

As we head into spring, you will have to turn your clocks forward by one hour at 2:00am Sunday morning. Health Promoter with the Porcupine Health Unit Martin Paul says this time change can make you more tired and affect your motor skills.

Paul says there are some things you can to to help your body adjust.

He says this is also a good time to do yearly inspections on things like smoke detectors.
