Trudeau spoke to about 500 people at Northern College last night about her struggles with bipolar disorder and how she handles it. She says she uses her low depression and high manias as a vehicle to send out a message and end the stigma around reaching out for help. //www.mytimminsnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/truedau-1.wav She explained how she there was weight loss, shopping sprees and impulsive trips before she finally met a doctor who explained what she was experiencing.
