A youth curling program in Timmins is getting a boost from a big company.
The Little Rock Bantam Curling Program is receiving a $1,000 cheque form Goldcorp. The program runs on Sundays at the McIntyre Curling Club and teaches youth between the ages of six and 15 the basics of the sport.
The Little Rock program says it will be using the money to buy new safety equipment.
