The pedestrian who was hit by a taxi this weekend has succumbed to his injuries. 52 year old Jacques Samson of Timmins died yesterday in a Sudbury hospital. Police are still investigating the incident, and are asking who may have seen it to come forward. It happened at Cameron North and Vimy around 2 on Saturday morning. The name of the cab company and driver has not been released.
