Sacred Heart Elementary School is the highest rated school in Timmins according to the Fraser Institute’s annual Report Card.
Sacred Heart ranked 224th out of 3,064 schools in the english, french, public and catholic schools across the province.
The institute says the rankings are based on nine academic indicators using results from the annual provincial reading, writing and math tests.
