A Timmins man is facing multiple child porn-related charges.
The Timmins Police Service says on Wednesday, officers from TPS and the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit searched a Timmins home. Police say as a result, a 40-year-old man is facing charges including possession of child porn, accessing child porn, and make available child porn.
The man was held in custody awaiting a bail hearing on Friday.
TPS says the court has imposed a publication ban that prohibits the publication of information that could identify the complainant or witnesses.
