There are new opportunities available for youth in Timmins who are interested in entrepreneurship. A new program called Starter Company has been launched by the Business Enterprise Centre. Starter Company provides support to start, expand, or launch a business. The free program targets those between the ages of 18 and 29 who are not full time students. The funding comes from the province, and is part of the Ready, Set, Work campaign and Youth Jobs Strategy. The Timmins Starter Company intake is October 8th.
