The Terry Fox Run is back for its 37th year in Timmins this weekend.
This year the run and walk to raise money and awareness for cancer will be held at Gillies Lake on Sunday. Organizer Cathy Davis says this year, Timmins could break a total of half a million dollars raised in the city over the past 37 years.
Registration will open at 11:00am, with the fun run starting at 12:00pm and walk taking place at 1:00pm.
The Kinsmen and Kinettes will also be holding a barbeque on site.
