Few details are being released, but in Kapuskasing an incident involving a weapon has led to kidnapping charges against a pair of teenage boys. What OPP say at this time is two teenagers were involved in several violent crimes. Those incidents have led to charges of robbery with a weapon, robbery with theft and mischief to destroy or damage property. The teens are also looking at charges of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and break and enter. One of the accused is a 15-year-old Kapuskasing boy and the other is a 17-year-old from Smooth Rock Falls.
