The collapse of a storm sewer has forced the City of Timmins to close part of Mountjoy Street. The closure is from Kimberley Avenue to Way Avenue. The storm sewer collapsed at 304 Mountjoy. There’s no word on when the affected part of the street will re-open. Also there are high pressure gas lines in the affected area. It means that before anyone does any work, they need third-party locates.
