One group has proposed a self guided Geo-Tour through Timmins, to help increase tourism and showcase what makes the city unique. L360 Architecture wants to create an attraction that has statues and artifacts throughout the city. Proposed locations include the library, the airport, Hollinger Park, TImmins Police Services, and the Gilles Lake walking trail. Funding will come from the Gold Mine Asset Relocation.
