The Ontario Trillium Foundation is investing some money into Timmins with non-profit organizations and charities. The grants will give community organizations support for a number of fields, including sports, social services, and the environment. Over 160-thousand-dollars will be invested into the city over a course of three years, to enhance food security for all of Timmins and surrounding areas.
