The plan to make housing more affordable has been released by the Liberal government.
According to Timmins-James Bay MPP Gilles Bisson, there are issues for Northern Ontarians that the plan does not account for.
Bisson says the Fair Housing plan will not stop increases in value for homes because the market is based off supply and demand. He says moving forward we should be looking at reducing the costs of building, rather than just buying homes.
