News Police are Cracking Down on Highway 101 Speeders SHARE ON: Mackenzie Read, contributor, Monday, Apr. 10th, 2017 Photo Credit: Mackenzie Read There have been some complaints of people driving too fast on Highway 101 between South Porcupine and Timmins. The Timmins Police Service says people are complaining that daily commuters between six and seven in the morning are driving well above the posted speed limit and are tailgating other vehicles. Police say this is a direct threat to public safety. Additional patrols will be in the area to address the issue.
