Ward Five Councillor Steven Black is thinking about joining the race for Mayor. He would be running alongside Todd Lever and Allan Manchester, and although he says he was initially not considering running, he is now going to look into the details before making a final decision. He made the statement yesterday on his Facebook page, and his final decision is expected in August. Current Mayor Tom Laughren will not be running for re-election.
