The Director of Public Works and Engineering says it was a hard decision to resign from the City of Timmins.

Luc Duval is resigning after working as the director for the last 10 years. Duval is leaving to go work for Ontario Power Generation in Timmins. Duval says he feels this move will further his engineering career.

Duval says the best advice he can give the next director is to be positive, dedicated, optimistic and to persevere.
