Local teens will have the opportunity to attend a free leadership camp this summer.
Timmins Police Constable Rick Lemieux says this camp will be geared towards leadership, sports and decision making. Lemieux says he has received a $9,000Â donation from Jumpstart to get the camp up and running.
Lemieux says it’s very important to him to have the camp free of charge so it’s available to everyone and not just the people who can afford it. He hopes to make this an annual summer camp.
More information on the camp will be released when it’s available.
