Northern College has its wish list for the Wynne Liberals now that they have a majority government. Northern is hopeful the Liberals will expand the range of degree programs in some areas. It also wants policies that better align education and training with jobs. And Northern hopes the province continues a program where students from low and middle-income families get a 30 percent tuition rebate. The rebate means students at Northern could save up to $820 this year.
