If you have been more tired and depressed lately, you could be experiencing the “winter blahs”. Health Sciences North says this is a mild case of Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Some symptoms of S.A.D. can include loss of interest, feeling sad and changes in appetite. HSN Social Worker Cindy Gervais says there are ways to fight the winter blahs.

Gervais says spending time in natural light will also help you feel better.
