A 34-year-old Timmins man has been arrested and charged for a residential break-in on January 24th. The Timmins Police Service says the man gained entry by an unlocked front door and began rummaging through the home. The suspect fled after being confronted by the homeowner, but was found by police shortly after. The man faces five charges mostly related to break and entering. He is in police custody awaiting his next court date on January 30th.
