Both the driver and pedestrian face charges after Saturdays collision in Timmins. The crash happened at the corner of Pine St. and Algonquin Blvd. when an SUV struck a 44-year-old man crossing the intersection. The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the driver stayed on scene to talk with police.
