Two Cochrane women have been arrested by the OPP for alcohol related offences. A 25-year-old woman has been charged after police found her asleep in a parked car on Highway 11 and a 23-year-old  woman has been charged for driving under the influence and having open liquor in the vehicle. Both women are expected to appear in court in Cochrane on January 31st
