More health cuts are coming our way according to Timiskaming-Cochrane MPP John Vanthof. Vanthof says he gets this information from the Financial Accountability Office, which says the Liberals need to cut $2.8-billion in health by 2019 to meet their expense targets. He says Ontario’s healthcare is already struggling with long wait times for surgeries and overcrowded ERs. Vanthof says the upcoming cuts mean healthcare won’t even keep up with the rate of inflation.
