The Timmins Police Services Board has recognized City CAO Joe Torlone for his 14 years with the board. Torlone served as the TPS Board Secretary from 2002 to 2016. He says it has been a great honour to work with the board and adds not all CAOs get this kind of opportunity. Torlone says he has been able to participate in a lot of changes with the board and got to meet some amazing people along the way. Torlone will also be stepping down from his position as City CAO this year. He says he will spend his new free time relaxing and visiting with his six great-grandchildren.
