News Contract Negotiations Continue for North East CCAC Nurses SHARE ON: Mackenzie Read, contributor, Thursday, Jan. 12th, 2017 Contract negotiations will continue this month between the nurse’s union and the North East Community Care Access Centre. The Ontario Nurses Association members have voted in favour of a strike mandate if a fair deal isn’t reached. The union is looking for a deal comparable to what their colleagues in other parts of the province have. The nurses have been without a contract since March last year.
