A North Bay area First Nation Chief is accepting an apology from a business that posted an online ad that some considered racist. Ice Hut Rentals in the North Bay area posted an ad on Kijiji saying status card holders were not welcome and would lose their deposits. The business owner apologised for the wording in the ad after receiving multiple complaints. Chief of Nipissing First Nation Scott McLeod says he accepts the apology and hopes the owner learned something from this situation.
