The city of Timmins is now accepting Christmas trees at disposal sites. Residents are asked to bring their trees to the main disposal site at Hollinger Park so they can be recycled into a wind break for the skating oval. Public Works Manager Ken Krcel says those who can’t get there tree to Hollinger Park can drop off the trees at the other disposal sites around the city. The drop off sites will be open until January 13th.
