Timmins Chamber of Commerce is reporting positive progress over the past year. One of the developmentsĀ the chamber is highlighting this year is the #finditINtimmins initiative. Chamber President Christine Bender says when residents buy something in town, they can take a picture and use the hashtag to encourage local business. Bender says it’s a great way to promote local business, as well as show people what services Timmins offers. SheĀ says the chamber is also impressed with how it is working with city council to move projects forward.
