News Public Nurses Say Size Matters When it Comes to Alcoholic Beverages SHARE ON: Mackenzie Read, contributor, Wednesday, Dec. 14th, 2016 Public nurses from the Porcupine Health Unit will be hosting pour challenges at LCBO locations across the region for the month of December. This interactive learning experience gives you the chance to test your pour and see how it measures up to a standard drink. This is part of the province-wide Rethink Your Drink Campaign to help change the way people think about and use alcohol. Public Health Nurse Angie Royal says she wants those who choose to drink, to rethink their drinking habits and make sure they don’t exceed Canada’s Low-Risk Alcohol Drinking Guidelines.
