News Most hunters obey rules SHARE ON: Rocco Frangione, contributor, Monday, Dec. 12th, 2016 The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says most deer and moose hunters obey the rules. The ministry spot checked almost 3,000 hunters in October and November and found only 162 rule breakers among them. Among the charges were failing to attach a game seal to a deer and carrying a loaded firearm while in a vehicle. The four week blitz, broken into two week segments, took in all of Northeastern Ontario.
