News Firearm charges laid SHARE ON: Rocco Frangione, contributor, Tuesday, Dec. 6th, 2016 Acting on a tip about a weapon being stored improperly in a Hearst home, OPP have laid several charges against a 37-year-old Hearst man. The charges follow the discovery of a firearm, several rounds of ammo and some gun powder after police raided the home. The man is charged with having a prohibited device or ammunition as well as careless storage of a firearm. He’s also looking at a charge of unauthorized possession of a weapon.
