First Nations and Metis will be able to control personal health data

Laurentian University in Sudbury is helping First Nations and Metis take control of their own health data.  It will accomplish that with the creation of a Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Health.  Doctor Jennifer Walker was appointed to the chair and she’ll show both groups the best ways to use the health data in their communities.  Nickel Belt MP Marc Serre announced Walker’s appointment.
