A Timmins-area resident could be walking around with a $1 million LOTTO 6-49 ticket.  OLG is confirming that the ticket for the guaranteed one million dollar draw on Wednesday was bought in Timmins.  A second ticket for about $282,000 was sold in the Windsor area.
