Uncategorized Black opens office: critical of NDP incumbent SHARE ON: Rocco Frangione, contributor, Friday, May. 16th, 2014 Timmins-James Bay Tory candidate Steve Black says this election is a referendum on riding MPP Gilles Bisson’s leadership. During the official opening of his campaign office, Black said under Bisson’s NDP tenure, Timmins has lost one thousand jobs in 10 years. Black says Bisson was NDP House leader and instead of trying to influence decisions he did whatever the Liberals told him. Also seeking office in Timmins-James Bay is Liberal Sylvie Fontaine. Kevin Gagnon was running for the Libertarians but has pulled out for personal reasons.
