News Local man charged after falling asleep in his car SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Thursday, Oct. 20th, 2016 The Timmins Police is charging a local man after finding his asleep behind the wheel of his parked car. Officers came across what they call a suspicious vehicle on Saturday. He was woken by the police, and given a breathalyzer test. The 41-year-old is being charged with Care and Control, and his car was towed. He’ll have to appear in court to answer to the charges.
