Getting your flu shot is a little easier this year, thanks to an initiative from the Porcupine Health Unit. The PHU says you can book an appointment to get your shot online. The health unit says the best defence against the flu is to get immunized, and are encouraging everyone to get their shot.
Appointment times can be booked starting on October 27th, and the shots will start being rolled out next month. Go to the Porcupine Health Unit’s website for details on how to book an appointment.
