Timmins man faces impaired driving charges after failing to stop for police

A 44-year-old Timmins man is facing a slew of charges after being caught allegedly drinking and driving. TPS pulled him over earlier this month after he was driving erratically. Police had to follow the man for a considerable distance before he stopped and pulled over, at which point officers say he was showing obvious signs of impairment.

The nine charges include failing to stop for a police officer and refusing to provide a breath sample. He will appear in court next month.
