Supplied by Taylor Ablett. There is going to be a workshop in Timmins next week to help business owners get the most out of their employees. It’s called Maximizing Employee Value, and is put on by the Timmins Economic Development Corporation. The speaker is Dr. Walter Doyle Staples, who is a well known author and presenter on the issue. The workshop will look at everything from managing different generations, to focusing on costumers. The EDC says the workshop is ideal for business owners, managers, and not-for-profits. It’s happening next Wednesday, October 19th at The Social Venue. Tickets are $25, which includes a dinner. There is a limited number of tickets available.
