News Charges laid in connection to school bus crash SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Wednesday, Oct. 5th, 2016 The Timmins Police is charging a woman in connection to a school bus crash at Seventh and Tamarack. It happened yesterday morning, just after 8:00am. TPS officers arrived at the scene right away, providing first aid and looking into what happened. There were kids on the bus, but none were injured. However, the bus driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The bus and an SUV collided, and the driver of the SUV is now facing Failing to Yield to traffic charges.
