News An Elliot Lake woman won the Quit Smoking Campaign SHARE ON: Rocco Frangione, contributor, Tuesday, May. 6th, 2014 People in Northeastern Ontario who took part in the Driven to Quit Smoking campaign in March saved $1.5-million. The campaign was highlighted by six regional winners of one thousand dollars. One of those winners is Isabelle Bouchard of Elliot Lake. Bouchard took part in the challenge to not only save money, but to improve her health.
