The Timmins Police is charging a Moose Factory man after investigating a disturbance in the Mountjoy area. The 32-year-old was allegedly acting suspiciously in the entrance to a business, and when police came to investigate a dispute broke out. Police also found meth tablets on the man.
He’s now facing six charges, including drug possession and breaking probation. The full list of charges is as follows:
- One count of Possession of a Controlled Substance
- One count of Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer
- Two counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance
- Two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
