Photo: Supplied by Taylor Ablett - Moose FM A string of break-ins in Timmins is prompting a public advisory from the police. The majority of the break-ins are happening after dark in the north end, with unlocked garages and sheds being the main target. The police are now reminding the public to ensure all doors are locked, and valuable items are kept out of sight. TPS says a deadbolt, or something similar, will help to keep all of your facilities safe from thieves. All after-dark suspicious activity, like the presence of strange cars or people loitering, should be reported to the police.
