It happened in the north end, and began last week when the 57-year-old allegedly accosted his female neighbour and her young son. Police were called who arrested the man and charged him with assault. A second incident then happened over the weekend, when the same man allegedly shouted death threats at his neighbour. He was arrested again, and two more charges were laid.
