Conservatives raising red flags over potential plans to cancel a mining tax credit program

The federal Conservatives are sounding the alarm over a potential cancellation of a mining program which helps to create jobs. Interim leader Rona Ambrose was in Sudbury talking about the flow-through shares program. It essentially encourages investors to put money into junior mining companies in return for tax credits.

However, Ambrose claims the Trudeau government may end the program next year. She says the party will fight the move, but is also calling on businesses to raise red flags with the government.
