City council is meeting tonight, with some big ticket items on the agenda. The health unit and the BIA are presenting on some changes to the smoking by-law, and there is a  letter from Ottawa about a new wind power project. They will also hear a report on a Bill to promote accountability and transparency in the public sector.
Councillor Rick Dubeau is also pitching a four-way stop at Cameron and Wilson, and council will vote on spending more money to fix the curling club’s roof.
The meeting kicks off at 6:00pm at city hall.
